an urgent shipment booked on my name from skardu through TCS (so called relible courier service) on 15 April 2023 it was very Urgent Documents i need in Islamabad. TCS Skardu Baranch assured that parcel will delivered within 3 days in Islamabad.
This is day 6 and I am calling on Helpline morning evening but CRO do not know where is my shipment now. All CRO assured when I call that next day you will received parcel confimly.
I dont know how to file a complain to TCS athority and I just wanna send legal Notice to TCS.
