I applied for degree attestation to HEC through tcs gujranwala branch but my application was rejected by hec due to one missing document. Nor tcs branch is not refunding my paid amount by making lame excuses like share an email of rejection etc. I haven’t received any email like that but on hec portal status of application is rejected. Don’t you people even take this simple responsibility that papers got rejected and not attested by hec and you people don’t have knowledge about that. Don’t make public mad by such hacks. Return my amount of Rs.10,590 paid to your office but my degrees not get attested otherwise i will move to PM complaint portal and also to court. Receipt is attached. Application to HEC id was 1744197.
