I applied for Mgold HBL Card which was sent on 10 May from Karachi and received at TCS Facility on 13 May via shipment ID # 30331776269 . During the process, I changed home and shifted to new home but address of my old home was registered in bank on which HBL Authorities despatched my new ATM Card. On 14 May, your representative from I-9 Rawalpindi office called me from 03028614338 and told him the whole story and requested him to deliver it on mentioned address if you can’t deliver on new address. The representative became aggressive and started using insolent language by saying that he will despatch back the card to Karachi. This was a attitude and behavior showed by representative of such a high setup. Keeping in view above, it is requested to deliver the card on my mentioned address in the bank and legal action must be taken against that representative.
