Dear TCS Customer Service,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel I dispatched through your service. The parcel (Tracking ID: 6064224348) was sent to a customer in Multan and, as per your tracking system, it was successfully delivered on 18th April 2025.
However, I have not yet received the payment of Rs. 2700, and I have also not received any SMS or official update regarding the payment transfer. I had already paid Rs. 480 as delivery charges at the time of dispatch, and I was expecting the COD amount to be credited by now.
I visited the TCS Burewala office to inquire about the issue, but they directed me to call the helpline. The helpline, in turn, told me that the OTP required for verification must be generated at the TCS office. Unfortunately, the office staff is not cooperating, and the matter remains unresolved. This has caused me considerable stress and inconvenience.
I request your urgent intervention in resolving this matter and ensuring the prompt release of my COD payment. Kindly treat this as a priority and provide a clear update at the earliest.
