Sir, My shipment # 31403445484 delivered from karachi on dated 02-03-19, the shipment reached at tcs office khan bela on dated 05-03-19 at 11:00 am, they hold my shipment with out information, i call them several time for asking and providing my shipment but they are not receiving my call, if the answer is, the shipment of non service area then answer me, why tcs receive the shipment of non service area?
why tcs staff hold the shipment from previous two days without informing?
i also register my complain on helpline ticket # 2762065 and ask three time about my shipment but non of them help to access my shipment.
with due respect can you tell me the way to get access my shipment, it is humble request for providing PTCL or Cell number of complain management team for helping customers like me.
