I ordered a product from overseas after like 20 days the order was handed to tcs after reaching pakistan . after that when the ordered was reached my city they informed me late ordered reached my location on 28 of november and they informed me on 27 of November after when they text me that my order was here i called them and said that i am out of city please dont send it back i will receive it tomorrow and they agreed after they said ok we will take care of your order i was tension free that my order is safe .On next day when i visited tcs office and asked them for my parcel they said we send it back as we cannot take it or wait . i was like what is happening is this yesterday they wer good with that and today they are saying we can not . if they previously said that we cannot take care of your order so that i can make arrangement for it but no they did not responded well so now they are saying order it again.
