I m Dr Khalid Hussain from. Ratodero on Saturday TCS office call me k there is parsal at your name kindly collect today 15 Jun I went TCS office but they did in wanted behaviour widh me and said k there is no such type of parsal at your name label.

  1. Dear I have also very very bad experience from TCS. They have careless and non-sense staff. They send our parcel back to Karachi in March -2020 even they did not call to receiver for collection. We got it know only when its back to Karachi.
    Then upon our request, sender send the parcel again on 3rd June-2020 from Karachi to Lahore. This time we got the tracking number and start tracking by phone call each time regularly because we are free from work due to COVID-19. We request each operation guy to inform us when parcel reached in Lahore office.
    They 24/7 service staff was not cooperating so one day we I contact on TCS whatsapp number, they inform that our parcel returned to Karachi due to incomplete address.
    First time parcel returned due to incomplete address in march did not call to receiver. (very genius staff)
    2nd time again they collect from KARACHI with same address and then return back from Lahore-KHI due to incomplete address in March. (again genius staff)
    3rd time in June again TCS collect parcel from Karachi for Lahore, and this time even we call them again and again but they return back to Karachi by saying incomplete address.
