Respected sir,
I have been visiting TCS Samundri, District Faisalabad. Whenever they call to receive a parsal (self- collection), I reach to them on time, but later they inform me that parsal is gone missing.
They ask me two question; Was that ONLINE or OFFLINE ?
Should I know about it? I said: I don’t know, you have to decided. Later they handle me nothing.
I request to appoint better people with less ‘stress’, as I have noted, Samundri TCS employees are depress and they need counselling.
I have ordered many products from daraz, and I’m not able to receive them because TCS doesn’t inform me about delivery. So, please …
