I received message from 03016712127 to receive my ATM card by me or any fellow from this office, when my fellow went to receive the ATM card, They demand 100 rupees. My fellow asked to give receipt, they refused, when I asked to Bank , They told that it is the agreement b/w bank and TCS, that dues will payed by bank.
If it is TCS charges , then why they refused to give receipt,
He refused to tell his name.
What is this I am unable to understand.
