It’s not my first experience which tcs staff is doing with me, as they all are responsible for the safe & on time delivery at least at doorstep if not possible at home.. My HBL credit card had been dispatched some days ago and HBL informed me about it on 17th April 2019 with the tracking number(30331617253) . I tracked it time to time while waiting for the parcel but at the end when no call and sms delivered to me from tcs person i reported at shorkot tcs offfice but they informed me that your parcel has been sent to jhang tcs office on 18th April 2019, i called there but they told me that there is no such parcel of your name, then i told about the tracking number and details of tracking it from past 4 days then they informed me that your parcel has been sent back to HBL.. What the hell is this? Its your responsibility to make sure the right delivery at right place at the right time.. We are paying your desired amount/charges but for what? For this type of behavior? For this type of your home delivery?? Please take action against this and warn them as per your rules..
And second thing my village is 14km from shorkot tcs offfice then why you gave the responsibility of tcs faculty of jhang to deliver my parcel as jhang tcs office is 50 km from my village, if some issue like this happens, do i go to tcs office jhang?? Why shouldn’t i go to shorkot tcs offfice for details?
