A.o.A, Dear sir
I have received a phone call today from TCS office kahuta to receive my article/parcel having Consignment No. 807017929387. The TCS official’s behavior was very rude. He said that TCS will not deliver my article to me, I have to receive it from the TCS office.
Is it the policy of TCS or the TCS official’s irresponsible behavior? Kindly contact your desired complaint center and sort out the issue. TCS kahuta office number is 051-3312017
The rude behavior of TCS staff will definitely disturb the reputation of TCS along the country. Kindly take a serious notice and resolve my problem by giving me the door to door facility for the said article/parcel.
