It is informed you that citizens of Nankana Sahib are suffering from worst TCS services. Service employs are so incompetent and irresponsible, never want to leave their luxury seats in offices and send the message on phone numbers to receive their products from office by hand. Someone from TCS office informed me that your parcel (HBL card) has been received and you can take it from office. When I made phone call and request them I can not come they said that tomorrow you will receive it. Next day they said that if you can come, we will give it to you. Otherwise, we have no sheet so we can not give it to you and you have to wait it. Our home is very near to TCS office around 0.5 KM away. This is very pathetic and not the first time. I am pretty sure with this pace TCS will be fully inactive in near future from here (Nankana Sahib).
