Today I received a booking slip from the shipper that he had booked the Gree Ac at your office in Gujranwala without tracking no. He demanded to transfer the half amount immediately.
I came to know that these types of people are totally fake. They book the goods at your office and get the slip. Send this slip to the consignee to prove that they have booked the goods. When they receive payment from the consignee, they cancel their booking and take back the goods from your concern office with the peal that their deal has been canceled. In this way, They fraud the public and involve the TCS
You are requested to investigate the matter, how many times this office canceled this type of booking. Either your staff member is involved in this type of fraud. Staff Code is mentioned on the slip.
Furthermore, you are requested to stop services to this type of person.
