A TCS agent named “Maryam” called me through the number “021111123456” and asked me to claim my delivery of tracking no. “779240165831” from TCS Umerkot instead of confirming my address to deliver me to my doorstep which I put on the address she warned me allegedly to claim the parcel on my own or cancel my order without telling me any reason. And at last, she finally canceled my order. I want you to take strict action against that agent and deliver my parcel to my doorstep otherwise I have all the recordings of me talking to her which can be challenged as well. Hoping that you will take strict action. Thanks.
