It is stated that one group of people in Karachi advertise their things in facebook with very low price. When consumer confirmed there order that put other things which are not selected by consumer. They send all these things through TCS and collect the money from consumer through TCS person. TCS representative does not allow opening the courier until for payment. When we open the envelope useless items are founds.
Questions are raised why one reputed organization like TCS take the responsibility for shipment of these peoples without verification or NTN number or company profile. I think definitely MOU should be signed between both parties for shipment.
I request to you kindly investigate this matter as I am also suffer due to this frad (other information is attached ) Please save the people of PAkistan from these frads from your end.
You are requested kindly take necessary action against him to save other peoples.
