T C S – has not delivered a simple letter as yet. The consignment was booked on 24-08-2016 at about 05:00p.m for over night delivery. This packet has to be delivered with in Lahore to Lahore (locally). The consignment number is 4066572626 dated 24-08-2016. I was told by the booking agent that the packet would be delivered on next day sharp but its about 24-hours past, my packet is still in transit & has not been delivered yet. I called TCS helpline service twice time but I have not received any positive response.
Is this the compliance level of TCS. Is this the services of TCS,they are providing to their customers. Would you please tell me WHERE IS MY PACKET????????????????
