I have sent an important package to USA on 01/10/2021 Via TCS, They said to me at that time the package will deliver in 7-8 working days, But till today we haven’t received our package, called twice to customer service center with the gap of 3-4 days, but they just say they have marked my complaint, and they will respond to me, but till today they did nothing,

How to file a complaint against TCS?

* Go to page
* Write TCS in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from TCS.

    Dear TCS Management,
    Good evening hope you are fine and in good health.
    I didn’t receive a single call from the TCS representative or debriefing agent without calling me my HBL Debit card return to origin which is totally unjustified please note the tracking number and arrange my HBL Debit card delivery on an urgent basis if you have some address issue then at least you can call me on my cell number for getting information about my residential address. Tracking Number 30359205060.

  2. I ordered parcel from online store .I got msg from Tcs with my tracking number when I track my order only show in transit it has been 3 days show same status nothing show any info when I get my parcal
