I had booked my character certificate for verification from
Ministry of foreign affair at tcs center canal road faisalabad. Unfortunately i had lost my slip. I received sms from the center to collect my documents but the representative there is not coperating. I have given to him everything in b and white but he is insisting to produce the slip which I have lost.
