Amt Pakistan has sent me a parcel using TCS Pakistan but I didn’t received the parcel yet when I contact TCS Pakistan even multiple time they have the same lame excuse that our system is not updated yet. It’s now almost 4 days I haven’t received my order #772154455241. I almost contacted them at least 10-15 times before and after delivery timings but all in vain that they are not coming up with any certain solution and scamming me for days. I request you to take action on this so that they won’t do it again!
A packet tracking no 306032866507 was booked on 10 September 2020, which req to delivered on 11 September 2020 but due to negligency of TCS staff concerned said packet was not booked on due date and result that packet is still awaited as today is 14 September 2020.
