Dear Concern,
I am writing to complain about the TCS courier services (Pannu Aqil to Karachi), I delivered package on morning of 11 November, 2022. I was promised that my package would be delivered on Monday, 14 November, 2022, but it did not arrive until now. I paid their required charges, in that parcel there is very important stuff which needs to be moved abroad with my friend whose flight is today (15 November. 2022), he is about to move.
We chose private services so that we save our time and other issues as well as safety of our stuff, but TCS proved me wrong, so kindly as citizen of Pakistan I keep right to complain you about TCS and its your duty to take any legal actions against them in order to resist this carelessness with other people’s parcels.
I am looking forward to your response and I expect you will must take actions against them.
