I had an important occasion which needs to dispatch on time thats y I chosen TCS.
But found service really really pathetic. First logged complain 2nd time the representative said it will dispatch by the time and 3rd time they excused that parcel couldn’t deliever today. Why I paid you high other than services if the parcel would be able to deliver on time.
