I have placed online order from bank alfalah and my parcel got dispatched from lahore on May 15 2020; and on May 16th 2020 its arrived in islamabad and after that my parcl put on hold with the reason “fog”. And me keep calling them from Saturday and still they are saying it will be delivered by tomorrow.
A parcel was booked Origin – resham textile Lahore with tracking No 41406295305 on 11 may 2020. the destination is Rawalpindi. when I checked 5 days ago, the status was “IN TRANSIT’. I have yet not received it and now the Status is “Not Found’. how can I be helped
