Respected Sir i have ordered gloves on daraz. Everytime tcs deliver my parcel on the given address but tcs called on my number and told me that the given address is not correct so i described him the complete address and he told me that we will give the rider ur contact number so that he may call u. Today I got mail from daraz that tcs failed to attempt twice to send u parcel so the parcel will be cancel and get back..tcs called me on Friday at 5:22pm on my number 03005705432. My parcel number is 779237155637 on Saleem Zeb address ; Alhamra Banquets, Jail Road Mardan near to Complex Hospital. Kindly sort out this issue and give jobs to those riders who knows about the city.
