I booked a parcel through TCS on 09 December from Rawalpindi to Karachi on urgent delivery service (24 hours). I paid Rs.660/- for that. Parcel reached Karachi after 72 hours instead of 24 hours. Customer refused to accept the parcel because of late delivery. Parcel was returned to me after 11 days after so many complaints. When I asked for my money back, they refuse as it is not delivered and returned so no money will be returned. Pathetic customer service with worst services.
