I was transporting bakery item from lahore to faislabad and they were cupcakes i asked if they would reach in mint condition and securee to which the employee replied they would he packed them however no care was taken of the parcel nor was bakery item written on it .the parcel reached the destination completely destroyed and useless for gifting.i would like tcs to refund me and take responsibility.
