TCS / Product wasn’t delivered on the address provided and was returned to where it came from

The TCS delivery boy sent one text only (Which I could not see and reply to on time). When I called him on the number from which I got the message, he said he didn’t know the place I had mentioned as my address (which he should’ve because that’s what the service is about. Also my address isn’t in an isolated locality which he couldn’t find) so he returned the product to the online store without any prior “message (the only thing they’ve confined their service to)”
The courier service is paid to deliver the products on the mentioned addresses. They are not there to “sit in the office and send text messages” to the receivers. I’m greatly disappointed by the irresponsible attitude of TCS Haripur Branch for I kept waiting for the product for days and expected it to be delivered to my house (like it used to be few years ago)
