I visited TCS office located in Sector B-III, Part II,Allama Iqbal Road, Mirpur A.K., Azad Kashmir today (date: 19/12/2019), to inquire about parcel of my father’s credit card which was sent by Habib Bank Ltd on 09/12/2019 and was to be delivered within 10days as per msg received. When i entered the office, i was rudely referred to one of the delivery boy who, told me that the parcel has been sent back as the address was not correct. Then i approached the person, sitting in the cabin who was the manager named UMER and was the same person who rudely pointed me to the delivery guy, for same inquiry. I put the reason in front of him that the bill of same card is delivered every month on same address then how there couldn’t be proper/complete address and that the person could have called on the cell number listed on the parcel. Instead of seeking out the reason, he started asking me silly questions like if the address is same as on my NIC etc. Further i added that in Nov 2019, there was same case where i had to visit the office personally and searched my parcel myself by spending more than half hour. I had to do so because no one was bothering, even not picking up the landline number of the office. The reason for narrating the whole story to him, was that he should inquire properly and if any delivery boy is doing this intentionally, square him out or punish him so the service may be improved as per standard service of TCS in whole Pakistan. Instead he started misbehaving and started to talk with me in loud voice. I replied in same manner then he started to threaten me.
Hope to have a early and result oriented response from TCS team as the person is bringing bad name to whole company and the team at TCS Mipur AJK Branch is showing proper costumer service, not even picking up the calls to reply to costumer inquiries . If not so i will directly approach HBL for the same cause as its also matter of self-respect and costumer rights protection hence to be forward to Consumer Rights Commission of Pakistan (CRCP).
