I live in Arch valley Samundri, i have been using TCS for more than decade. Staff at TCS facility samundri does not delivery parcels at given address rather they call customer and ask him for self collection citing that area is out of delivery range. I asked them their radius of delivery and everytime they say that given address is out of delivery range without producing SOPs in black and white. Issue has been observed many time whenever they want they deliver other they simple tell you to collect or parcel will be sent back with remarks that addressee not found. On 24 Jul 21 someone sent me a parcel which reached at TCS facility on 26 Jul 21, office staff Gulam Dastgeer called me and asked for self collection, i informed them that am not at home and they should deliver at given address. Parcel was of urgent nature and not delivered on 26 Jul 21, next day i have to come back and personally collect my parcel which was supposed to be delivered by TCS for which i paid as well. Staff at tcs office Samundri is highly uncooperative, rude and misbehaves asking customers to complain as nothing will happen. Its extremely pathetic of tcs services and staff in particular which does not know any norms and misbehaves oftenly. Pleaae take necessary action againt defaulter.
