I was expecting a delivery from Daraz through TCS, on Thursday 16.6.22 received a message from tcs that a courier visited for reattempt call help line. No rider called me about his visit that usually done when they arrive. I contacted help line they told that they return the shipment. This is quit unfare that they returned without proper effort to reach and re attemp. I am of the view that rider not bother to arrive he fakely reported and return the parcel as the University is little far. Action be taken against and shipment got delivered.
