Subject: LATE DELIVERY WITHOUT DOCUMENTARY PROVE

Respected TCS Management,

Assalam -O-Alaikum

Sir I booked some documents for attestations from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad through your Saddar branch Rawalpindi on 8th of January 2021 vide Receipt No 5067275404. After one day or two, I received a message for delivery. After passing of 6 days I checked the delivery status from MoFA, I got to know that no documents has been delivered till that day. I visited your concerned branch and talked with staff. They still have no record to show about delivery. I was asked that the rider who performs the job is not present at the moment and we will contact you later once we have confirmed from him. In the evening I again contacted with staff (Mr. Mustafa) and he informed me that today your documents have been delivered.
I was charged Rs. 1000 for delivery and return back from MoFA. I just want to know that why the delivery made after 06 days and why there is no documentary evidence of delivery is available with your office. Secondly, why after payment of such higher amount, delivery is not made in one or two day with in same city?
