My urgent mail tcs consignment no 141003710603 sended by abl was not delivered to me and same has been returned without informing me by call or text.
I am residing at PAF Base Mushaf, Sargodha and facing this issue at the end of tcs main office Sargodha only, as all other courier services provided with their best services (they always make a call for collection of our mail).
The tcs office only not providing this kind of service and they are returning all PAF Base mail by simple argument, “that entry is banned”
In fact everybody can get his shipment if they inform them.
Kindly educate your staff of Sargodha City regarding this issue.
