Dear Sir/Madam,
My HBL Credit Card arrived at TCS Facility Office Lahore on 5th October 2019 with the following tracking number 30309419475. I called multiple times on helpline and asked the agent to deliver my card on urgent basis. But they didn’t deliver it and returned the card to Karachi head office. Rider neither contacted me nor he approached at my mailing address. This is very unprofessional attitude of your rider to return the card without contacting the customer. Kindly investigate the matter. Hoping for positive response.
