I book a delivery on dated 20 June 2020 at tcs center Hyderabad to send a letter to Karachi but still 8 days spend letter not received to the person , I used to talk every day at help line but they said letter is at center and person not locate at address.they do not bother to call the person ..they are lying…take strict action against TCS service
