My important documents were sent via TCS from Hyd to RWP on 15/4/2020. I was tracking my shipment, it was received at RWP centre on 18/4/20 and it was held there.since then I kept contacting the tcs helpline and they assured that I will be contacted and will receive my shipment at the given address.No body neither delivered nor contacted and the shipment was sent back to hyd without notifying me. Either they should not have taken the payment or should contacted me for self collect if they were unable to deliver it due to lockdown.
They should have retained it as those are very important documents and I urgently need those documents.I am very disappointed with this selfish attitude of TCS service.
