My parsel has been submitted on 29 may, 2020 from gujar khan to haripur consingment number 5067056412 but till now it is not received to me. Whereas, it is a local address approximately 2 to 3 hrs drive and after 04 days it is still pending.
I don’t think do it is fast serivce or reliable.
Please look into the matter and try to improve ur delivery service reliable and fast.
Lately TCS service has been pathetic lately. My consignment has been booked on May 29 from Karachi to Islamabad.
(Consignment #: 306032450660). Till June 01 , it couldn’t be delivered . Spoke to Customer service officer Ahsan at 18:10 hrs who was absolutely of no help. I am sure TCS has decided to destroy its services as this has happened to me repeatedly.
I have suffered business loss due to this delay . Who will compensate for this loss.
