I oder 3 different thing. They call and said come office and take ur dlvry. That is about 5 kilometre apart from my home. I pay dlvry charges with all of my above mention parcels. When i call them they treat ss rudly cut call when i am saying something. I said if u have any diffidently u can dlvr after a day or 2. They said we send back ur order u will order again after weeks
this is 3rd time, the nearest tcs office Khan Bela call me to get my online shopping items from their office because rider is busy and if you not receive your items we will send this back.Mostly this happened only on online shopping. My friends also have experienced the same from them.It is my request, they should be authorized to deliver in 2 or days if can not do at the same day.
