The ATM card is booked from Karachi having tracking ID 30342748001, the said ATM card is still not received by me, I am checking almost daily tracking id and found each time “In Transit” message, when I contact TCS staff, I found only one reply that shipment will be delivered within 12 -15 days (today is 12th day). When I checked some more tracking IDs issued after my number, I found that shipments delivered to concerned persons, so why I should wait for FIX 15 days. I requested TCS staff that I will collect it by myself from the office, but they are not cooperating, what kind of joke is this ?
