The TCS manager,
Karachi.
My name is Madiha d/o Muhammad Raees bearing CNIC#42201-4865815-2.
I would like to make a complain regarding the TCS company. My shipment has been returned twice due incomplete address. While my full office address is on shipment. Even so, I still haven’t received the shipment. My office address is Bank Alfalah Business Avenue building 8th floor main shahrah e Faisal Karachi. The TCS rider is not getting such a famous address.
I would like to add more that such a pathetic services being offered to the customer, no hold protocol is followed, agents disappear with along hold on the customer, and when I talk with the TCS supervisor Noman Ahmed he said that this is bank policy that due to incomplete address shipment will return to the parent branch and rider not contact with the customer. TCS is not liable or responsible to contact with customer.
As per supervisor Noman Ahmed my shipment cancelation date is 11 June 2022 and I received message regarding this cancelation today 18 June 2022 at 12:30pm.
This worst services is beyound my expectations. I request that strict action be taken against them. And I want my shipment back at my office address that is mention above.
