I order electrical equipment from Electric wall online. Company delivered my deliverable through TCS. My order 7no is 7549501941. TCS associate visit my house in my absence, my one family member asked him to keep delivery in your office, he will collect from ur office. Associate didn’t make any call to me. At 08:36pm I visit TCS Shiekhupura office and asked staff to pls give my delivery. Staff checked and tel me that ur delivery is not in office. It has with our delivery boy named waseem and gave me his cell no. I called him and asked why you not leave delivery to your office so that I can collect it. He say that I forgot and now I am at some other location. I request him that I am home now you can deliver when you free. He refused and asked me to come again office at 10:00pm and collect. I requested him to pls deliver me at home because I can’t visit ur office at 10pm but he refused to deliver.
