We have dispatched Modems from Islamabad I-8 Markaz to Gawadar for Self collection we immediately stop this shipment and want to get it back but yet no update from TCS office help line some says it is still in Karachi some say it is on the way to Islamabad. Representative said it will be at your office on 6th of Feb but yet nothing we have received this is not a good way to delay it or your representatives have not much access to find out where is the shipment when it will deliver unfortunately after we received this we have to stop working with TCS.
