I sent a book via TCS in lahore to a destination within lahore (same city) and it’s been 2 days, my parcel hasn’t been delivered yet. This has happened multiple times. They are very negligent, careless, and lack professionalism. I need my shipment to be cleared ASAP. Worst experience with TCS service. This is the last time I have used Tcs Service. Never gonna use it again.
