My order#772411206041 was reached in sillanwali on 26 Feb 2022 but they have not delivered it to me. Even though they had called me two times to there office but did not deliver the parcel to me on 26 Feb. They have misguided me to take it on Sunday 27 Feb. I have visited three times and called them but they have not delivered.

TCS courier service is really poor and inefficient. I sent carton from Islamabad to Karachi in May 2021. Carfton was packed in the office of TCS Islamabad. Carton contained dresses of ladies and gents. At the time of delivery, carton was damaged and clearly showed that carton is intentionally torn out and one gents suit along with Tie and one three piece ladies suit was missing. Torn out carton was shown to the rider. I lodged the complaint and still following up vigorously but there is no proper response after lapse almost 8 months. Very disappointed.
