Respected sir/madam! i have received call from TCS office from PTCL number 0572210671 on friday i.e. 11th Dec, 2020 regarding my HBL parcel vide tracking number 30349358882. They told me to receive my parcel from their office. i have told them that i will receive my parcel till monday i.e. 14th Dec, 2020. After all that they return my parcel to HBL without searching my address. To deliver parcel on address is responsibility of TCS staff instead of receving person. Strict action against staff is solicited as soon as possible.
