On 26.7 22, a shipment was booked from Faisalabad against my name for handing over to me on my home address which is about 05-06km from Swari on main Sarmalang Road. Yesterday night i received a message to collect the shipment from Swari office within two days. I insest them to send it on my home address given on shipment, but they replied that “we have no such facility of home delivery” so i went there for collection of my shipment.
Kindly look into and take remedial action as deemed appropriate.
