Man responsible for TCS Takht Bhi branch is NOT delivering posts to door step of the recipients. They call the recipients to visit TCS office to collect the post from office. Yet they do not cooperate with customers. Yesterday I wall late by 5 minutes from their office time, but the office was closed although I requested him via telephone to wait for me coz I am a worker and cannot visit TCS office in the office time. Kindly direct the concerned man to deliver my parcel to my home. Regards.
