Dear Sir,
Thank you so much for your response sir It is so kind of you, and I must share that your company have taken the actions against wrong guy, it was not Pannu Aqil TCS unit who delayed, even Pannu Aqil TCS Unit processed my parcel before time, There is not the carelessness of Panno Aqil TCS unit even Pannu Aqil TCS unit helped my brother to let the delivery reach on time at Karachi address, It was Karachi TCS facility who delayed the parcel and did not processed the parcel on time. Anyways if you have to take actions please take against the Karachi facility not Pannu Aqil TCS unit.
My parcel was delivered in last hours before departure of my friend to abroad with the help of phone calls response of Pannu Aqil TCS unit to Karachi TCS facility and I have received it, because of importance of my stuff I forgot that workers area also humans and there can be late due to many reasons so considering this as a responsible citizen of Pakistan I take my complain back please do not bother and disturb Pannu Aqil TCS unit even they are working hard for us.
Off Corse we will keep using your facility and we look forward to you to improve it more in future. Thank you for your time
