I booked an consignment from Karachi through tcs . My tcs consignment number was 772612483494. I made online payment to vitamin deck company Karachi. Order was a bottle of women multivitamins. Package was had to be delivered at wah cantt. For the last 4 days it is at hold tcs taxila and they are not delivering it at the given address. I have launched the complain through gmail and their whts aap helpline also but still no action. They have not called on the given number for delivery. Kindly take action against the defaulters as to why they have failed to deliver the item at our house and keeping it with them and not made even a single call on the mobile numbers given on the address.if their is any problem in address they should call to verify. Kindly take action against the defaulters for causing inconvenience to us under the existing laws. Thanks.
