I have purchased medicine on line. My parcel is undelivered till date.and time.
My parcel number is 772489318693 .
I received a massage on Saturday , written only
Tcs and cell number of courier rep.
In between I received a call from tcs Karachi to collect the parcel perceonally from tcs office.
I reached the tcs office but it was closed.
On Monday I connected tcs rep whose number was in massage. I asked him to deliver parcel today.
He promised to deliver the parcel upto 1400 hrs.
I contacted him after 1500 hrs.because I was still waiting for him.
He told me that today is not possible to deliver parcel Ishall deliver it yesterday.
Due to current situation I avoided to go market for Madeline. But tcs is performed their duty in time.
