I want to file a complaint about TCS office located in Risalpur. My house is just half a km away from their office and they won’t deliver any of our parcels though they deliver to our neighbours in our nearby streets. Every time i check my tracking id they’ve updated status of awaiting reciever collection and if i don’t go within 3 days they send it back. We don’t always have time to go and recieve each parcel. As a courier company it’s your duty to deliver every parcel at doorstep. So olease i hope you give some importance or attention to your customers complaints and deliver parcels from now on PLEASE !!!!!!!
