Tcs customer care services are very very bad these days they are not giving us a productive response on WhatsApp as well as on land line number. I just fed up . Its been a week and booked a parcel for argent and for three days I’m trying to contact to customer service sadly I’m failed to being provided information about my parcel. I don’t know where it is.
